DRILL TEAM | This selected organization promotes school recognition and support of the school through planning and performance of precision VA dance routines. 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (CO-ED) | This course is designed for improving a student’s overall fitness through weightlifting, agility, plyometrics, mobility, and conditioning exercises.

SUMMER – STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (CO-ED) | This course is designed for improving a student’s overall fitness through weightlifting, agility, plyometrics, mobility work, and conditioning exercises.

ZERO HOUR – STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (CO-ED) | This course is offered before school starting at 6:20 am. It is designed for improving a student’s overall fitness through weightlifting, agility, plyometrics, mobility work, and conditioning exercises.

DEMON FIT (WOMEN) | This course will focus on muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity and flexibility.

TRADITIONAL PHYSICAL EDUCATION CONCEPTS (MENS & WOMENS) | This course is a traditional PE class. It is designed for those who like variety or who are not yet sure what type of activity they would enjoy and will provide the student a large variety of experiences in activities and fitness.

LIFETIME RECREATION (CO-ED) | Students will learn a variety of rules, skills, fundamentals and strategies in a variety of individual and dual sport activities.

ZUMBA FIT (CO-ED) | A total body workout combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

ZUMBA TONE (CO-ED) | Students will learn how to blend specific Zumba moves and body sculpting techniques using maraca-like Zumba toning weights for a strength training experience.

TEAM SPORTS (MENS & WOMENS) | Students will learn a variety of rules, skills, fundamentals and strategies in multiple team activities. Safety and sportsmanship will be emphasized.

RACQUET & NET SPORTS (CO-ED) | This course is designed for students to continue to develop and improve the skills and knowledge necessary to participate successfully in a variety of racquet sports and/or net sports.

COACHING (CO-ED CLASSROOM BASED) | Students will be introduced to and trained in the field of coaching and sports administration. The students will learn the basics of coaching including practice planning, communication and teaching concepts.

OFFICIATING (CO-ED CLASSROOM BASED) | Students will be introduced to and trained in the field of officiating sports. Rules in sport are intended to promote and preserve the sound traditions of the sport and the safety of participants.

HEALTH | This course provides a comprehensive overview of health education, focusing on overall health, physical health, mental health, social health, and nutrition.
